TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. "Buri Limousine" refers to Buri Limousine AG, Gewerbestrasse 15c, 3784 Feutersoey.
2. "Client" refers to any individual making a booking with Buri Limousine. For bookings with a group of two or more people, the individual who made the booking is deemed responsible for all persons traveling under the booking. They will be the primary contact for all information and matters concerning the booking unless we are provided with lead client details.
Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Clients accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all passengers on their booking, whether the booking was made online, by telephone, by e-mail or in person.
2. Client Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and travel details, including a mobile phone number, email address, flight number, and flight time. They are also responsible for confirming that these details have been correctly recorded in their booking confirmation email. Buri Limousine assumes no liability for any service failure resulting from incorrect or invalid contact or travel details.
3. Changes or Cancellation Policy
Orders can be modified or cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival or departure service. Within 24 hours before service, a 100% cancellation fee applies. During the below high season dates, the cancellation fee will be charged 48 hours before services:
• 20th December until 10th January
• 1st February until 28th/29th February
• 15th July until 31st August
Dispositions/Stand-by-Services can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the first scheduled service. If cancelled within 72 hours of the first scheduled service, a 100% cancellation fee applies to the entire booked period.
4. Promptness and Delays
In the event of unforeseeable delays, such as baggage issues after landing, Buri Limousine will wait for guests at the airport free of charge for up to 1 hour after the scheduled arrival time. For waiting times exceeding 1 hour, additional charges may apply. The client is responsible for informing Buri Limousine as soon as possible in case of any delays.
5. Waiting Times
Waiting times are charged depending on the size and type of the vehicle. Should the client wish to deviate from the original transfer itinerary, waiting times or extra charges may apply. Buri Limousine charges for waiting times starting from 1 hour after the scheduled time, in full-hour increments. If departures are delayed at the client’s request and the driver is already en route or present at the departure location, waiting times will be charged after 30 minutes from the originally scheduled departure time.
6. Children
Under Swiss law, children under the age of 12 and under 1.5m in height must travel in a child safety seat. Clients must inform Buri Limousine at the time of booking if they require child seats and verify that this information is accurately reflected in their booking confirmation. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for securing child seats in the Buri Limousine vehicle and ensuring proper placement of the child. Buri Limousine assumes no responsibility for improperly secured child seats or incorrectly placed children. Should parents decline the use of a child seat, they will be responsible for any fines should the driver be stopped by authorities.
7. Accessibility
Buri Limousine services are accessible to all. If you require special assistance, are traveling with a wheelchair, or have any other mobility requirements, please include the details in your advance reservation.
8. Luggage
The number of pieces of luggage must be declared at the time of booking. Clients’ property is carried at their own risk, and Buri Limousine assumes no responsibility for loss or damage.
9. Pets
Pets are welcome to travel with Buri Limousine but must be transported in an appropriate travel carrier. Dogs are permitted in the cabin without a carrier; however, a cleaning surcharge of CHF 70.- will apply.
10. Personal Conduct
Buri Limousine reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior is deemed threatening or abusive or is believed to pose a risk to employees. Buri Limousine vehicles are strictly smoke-free.
11. Insurance
Clients are encouraged to arrange travel insurance.
12. Partner Services
Any services provided by Buri Limousine partner businesses are subject to their own Terms of Use. Buri Limousine cannot be held liable for any losses arising from services provided by or booked with our partners.
13. Group Bookings and Events
For group bookings and events, which involve more than one individual or have specific requirements, separate terms and conditions apply. These will be outlined in a separate agreement, which must be signed before the booking and event take place.
14. Jurisdiction
These Buri Limousine Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. The jurisdiction for any passenger dispute is the court of the Swiss canton of Bern.
